Tap Cellular → Wi-Fi Calling.
Toggle Wi-Fi Calling on This iPhone to On (green color).
Android
Go to Settings in your App drawer.
Tap Connections → Wi-Fi Calling.
Toggle Wi-Fi Calling to ON.
